Objective of the course : The course aims to deepen philosophical knowledge starting from a specific field of philosophy. At the end of the course, the students should understand the philosophical stakes of trying to define the human.
Prerequisites : The students should have followed or follow at the same time a course of general philosophy.
Course contents : Definition of the anthropological difference starting from the study of prominent philosophies of the imagination of the second half of the 20th century (among others, the thoughts of Gaston Bachelard and Cornelius Castoriadis).
Teaching methods : The course is an ordinary lecture but leaves much time for questions-answers.
Assessment methods : Oral examination.
